Yes! Sereina Designs focuses exclusively on home interiors, including private residences and Airbnb / short-term rentals (STRs). All our services are provided 100% online.

No, the 3D renders will not include the exact furniture and decor.

Using advanced 2D and 3D visualization tools, we design realistic interior layouts featuring furniture and decor from a digital library. While we don’t showcase specific real-world items, our designs provide a clear idea of how a space can look, allowing you to confidently select furniture and decor with a similar size and style to bring your vision to life.

To ensure precise layouts and design solutions, here’s how to measure your space:

Option 1: Manual Measuring

Use a measuring tape to record room dimensions, including:

  • Width and length of the room
  • Ceiling height
  • Door and window placements
  • Size of key furniture pieces (if relevant)

Tips for accuracy:

  • Measure wall-to-wall, not just usable space
  • Include skirting boards and architectural details
  • Double-check measurements to avoid errors

Option 2: Phone App Measuring (Recommended for ease!)

Some mobile apps allow you to scan your room and generate floor plans with precise dimensions. If you prefer digital measuring, try an app that works with your phone’s camera and LiDAR features.

Yes! In addition to measurements, photos and video walkthroughs give us a better sense of your home’s flow, lighting, and existing furniture.

    • Photos:
      • Take clear, well-lit images of the room from multiple angles.
      • Include close-ups of key elements, such as furniture, architectural details, or problem areas you want to fix.

Video Walkthrough:

    • Walk through the space slowly, capturing how the room connects to other areas.
    • If there are specific issues (e.g., tight spaces, awkward layouts), point them out as you record.
    • Natural daylight is best. This helps assess the room’s lighting conditions.

Furniture and decor selection is offered as an optional paid add-on, available only in regions with access to online retailers. Based on your selected service package (single-room or multiple-room), we provide a curated, shoppable list of products tailored to your design. For each item, we submit up to three suitable options, each with a direct link to the online retailer. These selections are chosen to match the required style, size, and overall design direction.

The duration depends on the scope of your project: single-room designs usually take 1 to 2 weeks from consultation to final revisions. Full-home designs take 1 to 3 months, depending on complexity. We’ll guide you through each stage to ensure a smooth process.
